Guardrail manufacturing, from coil to complete kit

How Sepehr Sanat Steela produces EN 1317 and ISIRI 21208 road restraint systems in Isfahan: steel selection, roll forming, hot-dip galvanizing and complete installation kits.

Stage 01

Steel selection and roll forming

Hot-rolled S235JR and S355JR steel (EN 10025) is cut and roll-formed into W-beams, posts and spacers exactly to each system’s drawing.

Stage 02

Hot-dip galvanizing

Each part is fully immersed in molten zinc, giving a continuous coating that protects the steel for decades of outdoor service.

Stage 03

Complete installation kits

Every system ships as a kit: W-beams, posts, spacers, bolts, nuts and end pieces packed per project length.

Quality

Tested to EN 1317, managed to ISO 9001:2015

EN 1317 classifies a road restraint system by its containment level (N2, H1, H2, H4b), working width (W1–W8) and impact severity (A or B). Our systems are crash-tested to it, production runs under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and the Persian Guardrail is produced to Iran’s national standard ISIRI 21208.
